These FAQ's will help you track down a problem with your solar system. If you do not solve your problem after reading this section and reviewing your manual, please contact you pv solar dealer for further assistance. If you suspect that your Specialty Concepts regulator is defective, please send it in postpaid for a free evaluation (we will only charge you a nominal return-shipping and handling charge if we find nothing wrong with it).
Note that almost 50% of the regulators sent to us for repair HAVE NO PROBLEMS. The problem in these cases usually lies somewhere else in the system. Please READ ALL APPROPRIATE MANUALS and/or CHECK WITH YOUR DEALER before sending in your regulator for repair.
