Specialty Concepts, Inc. is dedicated to providing the finest products and customer service available in our industry. In order to facilitate this dedication, we adhere to the following philosophy:

TO PROVIDE RELIABLE, HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS

We know that you and your customers cannot afford to have a PV system crippled by inferior electronics. That is why we strive to produce quality products with no short-cuts in the production process or parts acquisition. We will NEVER use parts of questionable origin: all parts are to be supplied by first-rate distributors with excellent reputations.

TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We try to provide a level of service that cannot be equaled. We do not want our customers to be faced with problems with our equipment when there are more serious issues that they probably must contend with.

TO PROVIDE PRODUCT IN A TIMELY MANNER

We will always try to ship standard product from stock. If we find that we cannot do so, we will provide accurate delivery dates for such products so that our customers can plan accordingly.

TO STRUCTURE ALL OF OUR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE UTMOST INTEGRITY

We will never subject our customers to deceitful or unscrupulous business practices. It will always be in our nature to deal forthrightly and honestly in all transactions.

TO DEAL FAIRLY WITH ALL CUSTOMER CONCERNS

If a customer is having a problem resulting from a mistake made by Specialty Concepts, to resolve the problem in any reasonable manner.

If a customer is having a problem resulting from their mistake, or a misunderstanding as to the products application, to provide reasonable assistance to help the customer resolve the problem.
